Ms. Gruber is the founding and managing attorney of Stone Oak Immigration. She offers legal representation in a simple and straightforward manner. The Firm is invested in each client and seeks to obtain the most ideal outcome for each case.

Client engagement is central to successful immigration representation, and Ms. Gruber is committed to maintaining a high level of communication. She takes time to involve the client and incorporate their goals and concerns. She manages the relationship transparently so that clients can understand how their interests are being served throughout the immigration process.

Ms. Gruber’s practice currently focuses on employment-based immigration matters. She represents companies, organizations, and individuals. She advises and counsels employees, entrepreneurs, and businesses of diverse industries from inception through all stages of their case life cycle. She also helps clients solve industry-specific business immigration matters.

Ms. Gruber has significant experience in employment immigration. She has concentrated her practice on the representation of companies and skilled workers with a particular focus on H-1B visas, TN visas, O visas, EB-1A petitions, National Interest Waiver petitions, and RFE responses. Due to her detailed and thorough approach, Ms. Gruber is particularly adept at handling complex immigration matters.

Ms. Gruber has obtained approvals for many complex immigration cases, previously mishandled cases, and cases where it was evident that USCIS had misunderstood or overlooked the facts or documents in the record. Ms. Gruber’s creative and detailed approach has also helped clients obtain approvals following intricate Requests for Evidence of Notices of Intent to Deny.

Ms. Gruber graduated Magna-Cum-Laude with degrees in Political Science and Spanish from Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina. During her undergraduate studies, Ms. Gruber studied abroad in Costa Rica. Later, she earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law. During law school, Ms. Gruber served as a Student Attorney in the Immigration Clinic and as Co-President of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. She also earned a certificate in Small Business from the University of the Incarnate Word.

Before founding Stone Oak Immigration PLLC, Ms. Gruber served as a senior attorney and the H-1B Division Lead at a boutique firm in Florida. Prior to that, she worked as an associate attorney at a small firm outside of Washington, D.C., where she handled family and business immigration cases.

Ms. Gruber’s passion for immigration law stems from her grandparents. Her maternal lineage is from Crete and Sparta, Greece. Her paternal lineage is from Vienna and Innsbruck, Austria. She recognizes and embraces the importance of culture and heritage.

Ms. Gruber was born and raised in a small town outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She enjoys mountain retreats and the simple pleasures in life. She is an avid animal lover and loves spending time with her dogs.

Ms. Gruber strongly believes in giving back to the community. Over the years, she has continued to volunteer at pro-bono events, mentor, foster animals from shelters, and engage in other charitable activities. Community service has been invaluable to her personal and professional development.

Ms. Gruber is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is admitted to practice in Florida. Her national practice is limited to immigration matters.
