Testimonials
Our clients’ success stories speak volumes.
Ashley is an amazing immigration attorney. I referred her all of my immigration clients. She goes above and beyond.
Read moreI worked with Ashley for two years at my prior immigration law office and have been in touch with her since. She is a very committed, diligent and capable attorney who always puts her clients’ interests first. She has always been my first line of contact for business immigration questions which has helped me file successfully. She is very creative and an out of the box thinker who always has solutions for any business immigration issue. I highly recommend her for her work ethic and compassion towards immigration issues.
Read moreAshley was really helpful for an H1B transfer to a new employer. My H1B was approved on October 1 but my old employer violated the Labor Regulations and didn’t pay as per the LCA. I didn’t have documentation to confirm my maintenance of status or any paystubs whatsoever, my case required a very unique strategy. We worked together to gather the documentation and prepare my case in less than 12 days. The case was approved under premium processing without a RFE in only 6 days. Ashley explained the entire process through email answering each and every questions and gave me proper guidance. I would highly recommend her.
Read moreI agree 100% to all other reviews out there. Ashley is phenomenal lawyer and human being. She has top notch knowledge on all the visa types. I had an excellent experience with Ashley as my lawyer for the H1B visa application. She replied to all my emails in an extremely timely manner and provided clear answers to each of my questions. She filed the petitions with such professionalism and details that I never remember getting an RFE ever. I also always got 3-year visa approvals when I started with Ashley as my lawyer. Before Ashley, my H1B visa approvals were for 1 year duration which is an extreme inconvenience because by the time you get 1st approval you need to get ready for next approval. While I was on H1B, my husband’s GC was filed in EB1 for his L1A visa. Ashley helped me navigate through this change. She guided me on how I could manage my India travel while being on transition from H1B to the new status. I needed to travel to India on urgent basis and I hadn’t received my AP (Advance Parole) card. Ashley helped me to file for emergency AP and only because of all her guidance I was able to get the Emergency travel approval to go to India (this is the trickiest approval to get and depends on only how well you file it). There aren’t enough words to convey completely how much she has helped us in this immigration process. I cannot recommend her highly enough! US Immigration is so harsh and unforgiving but lawyers like Ashley make the immigration world a better place 🙂
Read moreI had the privilege of working with Ashley Grubber for my visa O1 extensions in 2018 and 2021. Ashley’s proficiency in visa applications and USCIS procedures is truly commendable. She’s a true expert in her field. Ashley’s knowledge and experience are remarkable. She effortlessly navigates the complexities of immigration, keeping up with the latest policies to ensure successful applications. Her guidance is invaluable, making the process smooth and clear. What sets Ashley apart is her commitment to her clients. She is always ready to share insights, answer questions, and provide support. Her responsiveness is impressive, ensuring that clients’ concerns are addressed promptly. Above all, Ashley’s honesty and her genuine connection with her clients are exceptional. She doesn’t just handle cases; she cares about people’s stories and dreams.
Read moreI greatly appreciate Ms. Gruber’s help and support with my application. Her work is thorough and her responses are always prompt. I appreciate the work she did on my case that was mishandled by a former attorney from another firm. My application was put together by Ms. Gruber in approximately 3 weeks and my application was approved by USCIS in less than a month of filing. I would definitely be happy to work with her again on future applications and will be recommending her to anyone who is looking for immigration related services. Thank you for everything Ms. Gruber!
Read moreDue to the unique nature of my position, Ashley spend a bit of time tweaking the job duties, course mapping documents, and availability of work documents. They also worked to gather all documentation related to your CPT work, which often triggers RFEs. My company did not have too much experience with the H1 process. However, we all worked together seamlessly to create a streamlined process which resulted in an approval under regular processing in less than two months.
