Ashley was really helpful for an H1B transfer to a new employer. My H1B was approved on October 1 but my old employer violated the Labor Regulations and didn’t pay as per the LCA. I didn’t have documentation to confirm my maintenance of status or any paystubs whatsoever, my case required a very unique strategy. We worked together to gather the documentation and prepare my case in less than 12 days. The case was approved under premium processing without a RFE in only 6 days. Ashley explained the entire process through email answering each and every questions and gave me proper guidance. I would highly recommend her.

I had an excellent experience with Ashley as my lawyer for the H1B visa application. She replied to all my emails in an extremely timely manner and provided clear answers to each of my questions. Before Ashley, my H1B visa approvals were for 1 year duration which is an extreme inconvenience because by the time you get 1st approval you need to get ready for next approval. I needed to travel to India on urgent basis and I hadn’t received my AP (Advance Parole) card. Ashley helped me to file for emergency AP and only because of all her guidance I was able to get the Emergency travel approval to go to India (this is the trickiest approval to get and depends on only how well you file it). There aren’t enough words to convey completely how much she has helped us in this immigration process. I cannot recommend her highly enough! Due to the unique nature of my position, Ashley spend a bit of time tweaking the job duties, course mapping documents, and availability of work documents.
